Cancellation, rescheduling & refunds取消、改期与退款

This policy applies to new purchases made after it is published and disclosed to you. Earlier orders keep the terms agreed when purchased; we do not add new fees retroactively. Rights that cannot be waived under applicable law remain unchanged.

Times use local Pacific Time (America/Los_Angeles), including daylight saving time. Email [email protected] or WhatsApp +1 669-214-8821 with the student name, order details, appointment time and requested change. We use the time your message is successfully delivered, not the time staff reply. Keep the message record.

本规则适用于政策发布后、购买前已向你明确告知的新订单。既有订单沿用购买时约定，不追溯增加费用；依法不可放弃的权利不受影响。

Cancel or reschedule without a fee when you give at least 24 hours’ notice before the confirmed appointment. Keep unused lesson credit for a later booking or request a refund for the unused portion under the rules below.

距离已确认课程开始至少 24 小时提出，可免费取消或改期。未使用课时可保留另约，也可按下述规则申请退还未使用部分。

We first make reasonable efforts to refill the time or avoid the loss. A charge may cover only documented instructor or vehicle reservation costs that actually occurred and could not reasonably be avoided. It is capped at the lower of $50 or the price allocated to that appointment. This is not an automatic fixed penalty. We will explain the calculation; a refilled time or avoided cost reduces the charge, potentially to zero.

A lesson that was not delivered is not counted as completed. We do not charge the full unused lesson price plus a cancellation charge, automatically debit your card, or duplicate recovery of the same cost. Any separate payment requires an explanation and your agreement. Contact us to request a review.

学校先合理尝试重新安排该时段或避免损失。只有确实发生、可说明且无法合理避免的教练或车辆预留成本，才可要求补偿，最高为 $50 与该次预约分摊课价中较低者。这不是自动固定罚金。学校会说明计算依据；时段重新售出或成本已避免时，应相应减免，必要时减为零。

未提供的课程不计为已完成。不会同时收取整节未上课价与取消费，不自动追加银行卡扣款，不重复收回同一成本。独立收费须先说明并取得你的同意；你可要求复核。

For a first unexpected illness shortly before a lesson, promptly tell us if you cannot drive safely. We allow one fee-free reschedule. Other emergencies are reviewed reasonably case by case. Do not submit detailed medical records through a general enquiry form or attend a lesson when illness, medication or impairment makes driving unsafe.

首次在课前突发病情、无法安全上课时，请及时通知学校，可获一次免费改期。其他紧急情况按实际情况合理处理。请勿通过普通咨询表单提交详细病历，也不要因担心费用而在生病、药物影响或无法安全驾驶时上课。

If an instructor, vehicle, unsafe weather or another school arrangement prevents the lesson, choose a free reschedule or a refund for the undelivered portion. If our lateness shortens your instruction, we will make up the missing time or refund that portion. We do not transfer our own cancellation cost to you.

教练、车辆、恶劣天气或其他学校安排原因导致课程取消时，可免费改期或退还未提供部分。学校迟到造成练车时间不足，应补足时间或退还对应部分；不将学校取消的成本转嫁给你。

Unused training is refunded using the actual package price you paid, in proportion to the included instructional time. We do not reprice completed hours at a higher single-lesson rate, reverse the original package discount, or add an administrative fee.

Example: a $520 six-hour package with two hours completed has four hours unused: $520 × 4/6 = $346.67. Any separately justified cancellation cost must be itemized. A package containing different services should show each service allocation before purchase; if the original order did not do so, we agree a reasonable allocation with you rather than impose a new higher used-service price.

按购买时套餐实际付款金额与包含课时比例，退还未使用部分。不把已上课时按更贵单节价重算，不撤销原套餐折扣，不收行政手续费。

例如：$520 的 6 小时套餐已上 2 小时，剩余 4 小时退款为 $520 × 4/6 = $346.67。另有符合本规则的真实取消成本时须单独列明。含不同服务的组合应在购买前明确各项分摊；原订单未明确的，与学员协商合理分摊，不事后单方面抬高已用服务价格。

Send your request with enough information to identify the order. We process the refund due and initiate it to the original payment method within five business days after receiving that information. Bank or payment-provider posting times are additional. If information is missing, we explain what is needed; we do not request unnecessary personal documents.

If the original payment route is unavailable, we verify the payer and agree on an alternative. This policy does not create an automatic expiration or forfeiture of unused prepaid lesson credit.

请提供足以核对订单的信息。收到这些信息后，学校在 5 个工作日内处理应退金额并向原支付方式发起退款；银行或支付机构入账时间另计。如资料不足，会说明缺项，不要求无必要的个人文件。

无法原路退回时，核实付款人后协商替代方式。本规则不设置未使用预付课时的自动到期或没收条款。

If DMV cancels before our instructor or vehicle has set out for your booking, no cancellation fee applies: reschedule free or refund the undelivered service. After departure or after practice, transportation or another agreed service was delivered, we reasonably settle only the delivered portion at the prices agreed before purchase and refund the balance. We do not add a penalty for DMV’s cancellation.

DMV determines test availability, routes and results. If your documents or eligibility prevent a test, we may settle actual services already delivered and any unavoidable reservation cost that meets the capped late-notice rule above, without double charging.

DMV 取消考试时，如果学校教练或车辆尚未为该预约出发，不收取消费，可免费改期或退还未提供部分。出发后或已提供练习、接送等约定服务时，按购买前明确的价格合理结算已提供部分，退还余款；不因 DMV 取消额外处罚学员。

考试时段、路线与结果由 DMV 决定。因学员证件或资格不符合而无法考试时，仅可结算实际已提供服务，以及符合前述封顶规则的不可避免预留成本，不重复收费。

Online Driver Education is separate from behind-the-wheel training. Before buying, confirm the provider, course suitability, access timing, completion requirements and refund conditions with the school. Follow the course access instructions and timing confirmed for your order.

Unused access that has not been activated may be refunded, except for any separately disclosed service already delivered. After activation or use, we review the provider’s disclosed terms, actual delivery and applicable rights; we do not apply a blanket no-refund rule. If we cannot provide the agreed course, we refund the undelivered portion. Traffic School is sold only when its provider, availability and suitability have been confirmed.

线上 Driver Education 与实车课分开。购买前请与学校确认提供方、适用性、开通时间、完成要求和退款条件，按订单确认的学习入口与时间开始课程。

未开通且未使用的课程可申请退款；另有事前明确说明且已交付的服务应单独核对。开通或使用后，根据提供方已披露条款、实际交付与适用权利处理，不一概拒绝退款。学校无法提供约定课程时，退还未提供部分。Traffic School 仅在提供方、可售状态与适用性确认后销售。
