Enquiries include your name, chosen email or WhatsApp contact, city, course choice, and optional scheduling details or message. You may separately provide an address needed for pickup. Do not send full card numbers, Social Security numbers or detailed medical records through a general enquiry form.

Accounts and course administration may include contact details, securely hashed passwords, sessions, orders, payment identifiers and status, lesson records, quiz progress, attempts and saved questions. Technical information such as IP addresses and request data may be used for security, abuse prevention and rate limiting.

We use information to respond to you, arrange lessons and pickup, manage course access and progress, process payments and refunds, protect accounts, resolve problems, and retain records required for legitimate business or legal needs. Optional measurement helps us understand which pages and marketing sources lead to saved enquiries and purchases.

Cloudflare hosts the website and its D1 data storage. Stripe processes online payments; this website does not store your full card number. Email service providers handle enquiry notifications and correspondence. Authorized staff and instructors receive information needed to handle your enquiry or deliver your lesson; configured business notification services may receive the necessary notification details.

Choosing WhatsApp opens Meta’s WhatsApp service, which handles messages under its own terms and privacy policy. A separately identified course provider may need your enrollment information to provide a course you request. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably needed to protect legal rights or respond to misuse.

When you allow measurement, Google Ads and Google Analytics may receive limited page and acquisition information and events such as a saved enquiry, a WhatsApp link click or a verified purchase. Names, email addresses, phone numbers and free-text enquiry messages are not included in these measurement events. A WhatsApp click measures the link being opened, not receipt of a message.

Use “Measurement settings” on the homepage or consultation pages to allow or decline optional measurement. Declining does not prevent you from enquiring. Essential account, security and payment storage is separate. When allowed, Google’s technologies may recognize a browser across sites under Google’s policies. External services such as Stripe and WhatsApp have their own privacy practices.

When your browser sends an enabled Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal that the website can detect, we disable optional Google measurement and acquisition tracking even if you previously allowed them. Your stored choice is not overwritten, and enquiries and payments remain available. Legacy browser Do Not Track signals are not separately interpreted; use the measurement choice controls. You may also contact us about available privacy choices and any applicable rights to opt out of sale or sharing.

You can request deletion by email; we review the request and explain any information that must be retained.

We use access controls and other reasonable safeguards, but no website or transmission method is risk-free. Protect your account credentials and contact us if you believe your account or information has been misused.
