Enquiries include your name, chosen email or WhatsApp contact, city, course choice, and optional scheduling details or message. You may separately provide an address needed for pickup. Do not send full card numbers, Social Security numbers or detailed medical records through a general enquiry form.

Accounts and course administration may include contact details, securely hashed passwords, sessions, orders, payment identifiers and status, lesson records, quiz progress, attempts and saved questions. Technical information such as IP addresses and request data may be used for security, abuse prevention and rate limiting.

Course enrollment collects the actual student’s name, email, phone, date of birth, driving experience and address, plus optional preferred lesson dates, days and time windows. Where relevant, it also collects permit or driver-license status, number, issue date and expiration date. If the student is under 18, we require a parent or guardian’s name, email and phone, with confirmation that the person arranging enrollment has appropriate authority. The student, account owner, payer and guardian may be different people.

We use these details to administer the enrollment, check age and document requirements before instruction, plan suitable lessons and pickup, contact the student or guardian, and support course records. We retain the terms version accepted for the order, the acceptance time and related enrollment confirmations. An address entered at checkout does not by itself confirm a pickup location or appointment.

Date of birth, driving experience, address, lesson schedule preferences, permit or driver-license details and guardian information are not sent through our advertising measurement integrations. Enrollment details are available only to authorized staff, instructors and service providers as needed for the stated purposes. Do not upload identity documents or submit Social Security numbers, full card details or detailed medical records through the enrollment form.

We use information to respond to you, arrange lessons and pickup, manage course access and progress, process payments and refunds, protect accounts, resolve problems, and retain records required for legitimate business or legal needs. Optional measurement helps us understand which pages and marketing sources lead to saved enquiries and purchases.

Cloudflare hosts the website and its D1 data storage. Stripe processes online payments; this website does not store your full card number. Email service providers handle enquiry notifications and correspondence. Authorized staff and instructors receive information needed to handle your enquiry or deliver your lesson; configured business notification services may receive the necessary notification details.

Choosing WhatsApp opens Meta’s WhatsApp service, which handles messages under its own terms and privacy policy. A separately identified course provider may need your enrollment information to provide a course you request. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably needed to protect legal rights or respond to misuse.

If you choose the LearnDriverEd online course, we ask for the actual student’s first and last name, email and phone separately from the payer. After your confirmation and a verified payment, these details are used to create or connect the student’s course account at yohondriving.learndrivered.com. The first account-creation handoff uses the provider’s supplied web address containing those fields; it may therefore appear in browser history and the provider’s request records. Later course logins submit email and phone through the provider’s login form. These course details are not included in our advertising measurement events.

The course provider operates its learning, progress and certificate processes and may ask you to complete additional student details there. YOHON retains the order, your sharing confirmation and an account-handoff record to support access and prevent duplicate account creation. Contact YOHON to correct saved student details or ask about your information. Never send your YOHON password or card details to the course provider through this form.

When you allow measurement, Google Ads and Google Analytics may receive limited page and acquisition information and website events such as a saved enquiry, a phone or WhatsApp link click, or a verified purchase. Names, email addresses, phone numbers and free-text enquiry messages are not included in these website event payloads. A phone click is an intention to call, not a connected call; a WhatsApp click measures the link being opened, not receipt of a message.

For an eligible Google Ads visit, and only after you allow Google measurement, we may display a Google forwarding number that routes to our existing business phone. Calls to that number use Google’s call-reporting service, which may process call time, duration, received or missed status, caller area/country codes and, when available, caller phone number. This is separate from the website event payloads above. Our website-call action counts calls lasting at least 60 seconds; that does not establish a qualified enquiry or a purchase. This website integration does not request or enable call recording. Declining optional measurement leaves our usual business number available.

Use “Measurement settings” on the homepage or consultation pages to allow or decline optional measurement. Declining does not prevent you from enquiring. Essential account, security and payment storage is separate. When allowed, Google’s technologies may recognize a browser across sites under Google’s policies. External services such as Stripe and WhatsApp have their own privacy practices.

When your browser sends an enabled Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal that the website can detect, we disable optional Google measurement and acquisition tracking even if you previously allowed them. Your stored choice is not overwritten, and enquiries and payments remain available. Legacy browser Do Not Track signals are not separately interpreted; use the measurement choice controls. You may also contact us about available privacy choices and any applicable rights to opt out of sale or sharing.

If you arrive through a ChatGPT ad, a separate, unchecked option may appear on the enquiry form. Selecting it authorizes this submission only: after your enquiry is saved, our server may send OpenAI a random event identifier, the original ad click identifier, the event time, the public page address without query strings, and an indication that an enquiry was saved. We do not send your name, contact details, message, account identifier, browser fingerprint, IP address, or raw or hashed contact information through this integration. We request exclusion from future user-level personalization.

Google measurement consent does not authorize this separate OpenAI integration. No OpenAI browser SDK, third-party pixel, or ad identifier storage is loaded by this integration. Leaving the box unchecked does not affect lessons, enquiries or payments. GPC blocks this optional event. Only a click identifier still present on the consultation page is eligible; navigating away may prevent attribution.

You can untick the box before submission. After submission, contact [email protected] about withdrawing permission for any event not yet sent or applicable privacy requests; delivery may already have occurred. Unsuccessful deliveries may be retried for up to 7 days with the same event identifier. We remove the click identifier from the delivery queue after successful delivery or final failure, and clear completed delivery metadata after 30 days. Added September 17, 2026.

When offered on our Bay Area adult-lesson pages, a separate, initially unchecked box asks permission for this visit and this enquiry. Google measurement permission does not authorize Meta measurement. You may enquire without selecting it; declining does not affect our reply, lessons or payment. Global Privacy Control blocks this optional measurement.

When the separate page-view feature is enabled, actively checking the box may load Meta’s browser Pixel and send one PageView for this document with a random event identifier. PageView records a page visit, not an enquiry, valid customer or payment. Lead is separate: it is sent only after the server confirms that your enquiry was saved and this enquiry has permission. Form reset does not authorize the next enquiry or cancel an already submitted enquiry’s still-pending permission; the withdrawal control remains available while events are pending.

The Pixel may receive the restricted public page URL, public advertising campaign/ad identifiers or a valid Meta click identifier (fbclid) still in that URL, and a checked public referrer. Meta may process browser and device/network information, including IP address, and use Meta identifiers and cookies under its terms. This is not anonymous or metadata-free measurement. Our supplied events do not include names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages, addresses, permit or identity-document details, or raw or hashed contact information. We do not enable Purchase, server-side Conversions API, advanced matching, automatic event detection or form-field matching.

Untick or use the withdrawal button to stop events that have not yet been dispatched. A checkbox change, withdrawal, leaving or hiding the page invalidates pending permissions; a new choice does not revive an older withdrawn request. Data already sent and third-party code or requests already started cannot be recalled. No new permission is inherited by the next enquiry. Contact [email protected] for privacy requests. When you apply to join our instructor team, we collect your contact details, experience, profile photo, driving licence number and expiry, teaching vehicle plate and optional vehicle photo, insurance details, optional instructor credentials, service preferences and weekly availability. We use these records to review your application, verify qualifications and discuss possible work arrangements.

Application records and attachments are available only to authorized school administrators, who may export them for the review process. They are not public instructor profiles and are not sent as advertising lead or purchase events. A submission or review status does not create an employment agreement or automatically grant access to student data. Contact [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable retention duties. Please do not upload unrelated identity documents or payment details.

These enrollment records do not replace parent or guardian signatures required by DMV. The website is not directed to children under 13, who should not create their own accounts or submit information. For a learner under 13, an adult should contact the school before attempting online registration. Contact us if you believe information from a child under 13 has been provided so that we can review and address it.
