YOHON Driving School operates from 170 N Wolfe Rd #1, Sunnyvale, CA 94086, California driving school license E0669. We are an independent school, not the California DMV. A school license does not guarantee a test result or imply DMV endorsement of advertising claims.

Before purchase, review the selected course, included instructional time, price and agreed pickup arrangements. An enquiry or payment does not by itself confirm a particular instructor or appointment time. YOHON confirms scheduling separately. Keep your order and confirmation records.

Any extra service, pickup, parking or other charge must be explained and agreed before it is incurred. Website text is not authorization for automatic additional card charges. Terms agreed at purchase continue to apply to that order; later changes do not add fees retroactively.

购买前请核对所选课程、包含的教学时长、价格和接送安排。提交咨询或付款本身不等于确认指定教练或具体课时，学校另行确认安排，请保留订单与确认记录。

This $0 complimentary add-on requires at least one paid item in the same checkout. It cannot be checked out alone or used as a course discount. You may book directly through DMV yourself. YOHON is independent of DMV and does not sell, hold, resell or transfer appointments or offer priority access. No next-day or specific-date result is guaranteed; DMV controls eligibility, availability and final timing. Official DMV fees are separate.

YOHON helps monitor public openings and explains the booking steps. The learner must personally review their details and manually confirm in DMV’s official system, then record their own confirmation in My account. An opening notification is not a confirmed appointment. Do not share DMV passwords or verification codes.

New orders from October 22, 2026 receive this add-on at $0 only with a paid item in the same checkout. The selected final-date cutoff is the end of the monitoring request, not a refund trigger. You may stop this free service by contacting YOHON. It has no separate refundable or cash value. Canceling or refunding paid items follows their existing policies, with no deduction or penalty for this free service. If all paid items in the checkout are fully refunded, the complimentary assistance ends. Previously paid appointment-assistance orders retain the terms and refund rights accepted when purchased; contact support or use the original account refund path.

This service does not include driving instruction, a test vehicle, a certificate or DMV official fees. Office services, hours and availability are controlled by DMV.

本项目不含练车、考试车辆、证书或 DMV 官方费用。考点服务、办公时间及实际考位以 DMV 为准。

Enter accurate details for the person who will actually take the course. The purchasing account may belong to a parent or another authorized payer; paying for a course does not make that person the student. Check the student’s details, selected course and final amount before continuing to payment. Contact YOHON if a saved enrollment needs correction.

For a student under 18, provide a parent or legal guardian’s name, email and phone. Enrollment must be arranged by the parent or guardian, or by someone with their authorization, with confirmation that the supplied guardian details are accurate. This is YOHON’s enrollment requirement. It does not replace any DMV application, signature, eligibility verification or training certification required for the student.

Online registration is not offered to children under 13. An adult should contact the school first about an enquiry concerning a learner under 13, without submitting the child’s details through checkout.

These enrollment terms apply to new purchases after this version is published and disclosed before payment. Existing orders keep their agreed terms; the checkout update does not impose new charges or reduce an existing order’s refund rights.

请准确填写实际参加课程的学员资料。购买课程的账户可以属于家长或其他获授权付款人；付款并不代表付款人就是学员。进入付款前请核对学员资料、所选课程及最终金额。已保存的报名资料需要更正时，请联系 YOHON。

学员未满 18 岁时，须提供父母或法定监护人的姓名、邮箱与电话。应由父母、监护人或取得其授权的人办理报名，并确认监护人资料准确。这是 YOHON 的报名要求，不能替代学员所需的 DMV 申请、签署、资格核验或训练证明。

网站不向 13 岁以下儿童提供在线注册。涉及未满 13 岁学员的咨询，请由成年人先联系学校，不要通过付款表单提交孩子的资料。

这些报名条款适用于本版本发布后且付款前已明确告知的新订单。既有订单沿用原约定；本次付款流程更新不增加旧订单的费用，也不减少其原有退款权利。

Meet the applicable learner or driver requirements and bring the valid documents needed for your training and test. Ask us before booking if you are unsure which documents apply. A parent or guardian must participate in a minor’s enrollment and arrangements. Providing document information or paying online does not itself establish driving eligibility.

An existing learner’s permit is not required to purchase online Driver Education. For in-car training or road-test services, tell us your current permit or license status. If a required document has not yet been obtained, has expired or needs review, valid documents and eligibility must be confirmed before the student drives. A licensed adult taking refresher instruction may provide their relevant driver-license information instead of a learner’s permit.

Follow reasonable instructor safety directions. A lesson may be stopped or rearranged if documents or conditions make it unsafe or unlawful to drive. Any financial adjustment follows the cancellation policy and the actual service delivered; it is not an automatic forfeiture of a whole unused course.

应符合适用的学车或驾驶资格，并携带训练、考试所需的有效证件。不确定所需材料时，请在预约前咨询；未成年人报名和课程安排须有父母或监护人参与。提供证件资料或在线付款，本身不代表已具备合法驾驶资格。

购买线上 Driver Education 不要求已有 learner’s permit。购买实车训练或路考服务时，请如实说明当前 permit 或驾驶证状态。所需证件尚未取得、已过期或需要复核时，必须在实际驾驶前确认有效证件及资格。已有驾照的成人参加复训，可提供相关驾驶证资料，无需另填 learner’s permit。

请遵守合理的教练安全指示。证件或身体状态不适合安全、合法驾驶时，可能停止或调整课程。费用按取消政策与实际已提供部分处理，不自动没收整套未使用课程。

Training focuses on practical, safe driving skills and preparation suited to your experience. DMV controls examination eligibility, appointments, routes and results. We do not guarantee a passing result or claim to sell a fixed official test route. Any missing lesson time caused by YOHON is addressed under the cancellation and refund policy.

课程侧重实际、安全的驾驶能力，并根据你的基础准备。考试资格、预约、路线与结果由 DMV 决定；学校不保证通过，也不出售所谓固定官方考试路线。学校原因造成未提供课时，按取消与退款政策处理。

Online card payments are processed by Stripe. Check the final amount before paying and keep your receipt. Your account stores order and course information; protect its credentials and tell us about unauthorized activity. Refunds are processed under the cancellation policy and applicable rights.

线上银行卡付款由 Stripe 处理。请在付款前核对最终金额并保留收据。账户保存订单与课程信息，请妥善保护登录资料并及时告知未授权活动。退款按取消政策和适用权利处理。

Online Driver Education and Traffic School are different from behind-the-wheel lessons and may involve a separate provider. Before purchase, confirm the provider, access timing, eligibility, completion requirements and refund conditions with the school. Use the course access method and start time confirmed for your order.

These terms do not waive rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law or prevent you from contacting DMV or another appropriate authority. No mandatory arbitration or general release of consumer rights is created by this page.
