YOHON Driving School operates from 170 N Wolfe Rd #1, Sunnyvale, CA 94086, California driving school license E0669. We are an independent school, not the California DMV. A school license does not guarantee a test result or imply DMV endorsement of advertising claims.

Before purchase, review the selected course, included instructional time, price and agreed pickup arrangements. An enquiry or payment does not by itself confirm a particular instructor or appointment time. YOHON confirms scheduling separately. Keep your order and confirmation records.

Any extra service, pickup, parking or other charge must be explained and agreed before it is incurred. Website text is not authorization for automatic additional card charges. Terms agreed at purchase continue to apply to that order; later changes do not add fees retroactively.

购买前请核对所选课程、包含的教学时长、价格和接送安排。提交咨询或付款本身不等于确认指定教练或具体课时，学校另行确认安排，请保留订单与确认记录。

任何额外服务、接送、停车或其他费用，须在发生前说明并同意。网站文字不是自动追加银行卡扣款的授权。订单适用购买时约定，新条款不追溯增加费用。

Meet the applicable learner or driver requirements and bring the valid documents needed for your training and test. Ask us before booking if you are unsure which documents apply. A parent or guardian should participate in a minor’s enrollment and arrangements.

Follow reasonable instructor safety directions. A lesson may be stopped or rearranged if documents or conditions make it unsafe or unlawful to drive. Any financial adjustment follows the cancellation policy and the actual service delivered; it is not an automatic forfeiture of a whole unused course.

应符合适用的学车或驾驶资格，并携带训练、考试所需的有效证件。不确定所需材料时，请在预约前咨询；未成年人报名和课程安排应有父母或监护人参与。

请遵守合理的教练安全指示。证件或身体状态不适合安全、合法驾驶时，可能停止或调整课程。费用按取消政策与实际已提供部分处理，不自动没收整套未使用课程。

Training focuses on practical, safe driving skills and preparation suited to your experience. DMV controls examination eligibility, appointments, routes and results. We do not guarantee a passing result or claim to sell a fixed official test route. Any missing lesson time caused by YOHON is addressed under the cancellation and refund policy.

课程侧重实际、安全的驾驶能力，并根据你的基础准备。考试资格、预约、路线与结果由 DMV 决定；学校不保证通过，也不出售所谓固定官方考试路线。学校原因造成未提供课时，按取消与退款政策处理。

Online card payments are processed by Stripe. Check the final amount before paying and keep your receipt. Your account stores order and course information; protect its credentials and tell us about unauthorized activity. Refunds are processed under the cancellation policy and applicable rights.

线上银行卡付款由 Stripe 处理。请在付款前核对最终金额并保留收据。账户保存订单与课程信息，请妥善保护登录资料并及时告知未授权活动。退款按取消政策和适用权利处理。

Online Driver Education and Traffic School are different from behind-the-wheel lessons and may involve a separate provider. Before purchase, confirm the provider, access timing, eligibility, completion requirements and refund conditions with the school. Use the course access method and start time confirmed for your order.

Online Driver Education、Traffic School 与实车训练不同，可能由独立提供方交付。购买前请与学校确认提供方、开通时间、资格、完成条件和退款规则，并按订单确认的学习入口和时间开始课程。

Read the Cancellation, rescheduling & refunds page for changes to a booking, and the Privacy policy for personal-information practices. Email [email protected] or WhatsApp +1 669-214-8821 with an order or service concern; we will review the agreed details and work with you to resolve it.

These terms do not waive rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law or prevent you from contacting DMV or another appropriate authority. No mandatory arbitration or general release of consumer rights is created by this page.
